- ~10 minto Broadway, without the noise
Big ceilings, brass lamps, and a very good bed.
Most Nashville rentals put you on top of Broadway. This one puts you a ten-minute ride away, on the top floor of a brick warehouse that started life as a tobacco barn and auction house.
Inside, white timber beams run the length of the living room. The palette is navy and brass with walnut floors. There’s a heron over the sofa, a gold peacock lamp on the coffee bar (one guest went home wanting one), and room-darkening shades in the bedroom for slow mornings.
We stock it the way we’d want a place stocked: real coffee, snacks when you arrive, spare toiletries, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer so you can pack light.
Take a look around.
There’s a speakeasy on the property.
The 1865 Club sits on the ground floor of the building next door, behind an unmarked door. Velvet banquettes, crystal chandeliers, serious cocktails, and songwriters playing acoustic sets several nights a week. Our guests are welcome. It’s 21+, and you can book a table on Resy.
Go down after dinner for a nightcap. Your bed is a two-minute walk away.
“Being able to experience the intimate nature of the club with talented artists, while enjoying impressive drinks and apps, was a delight.”Lisa · Lakewood, NY
Plunge pool
A seasonal courtyard pool under the trees, with loungers.
Outdoor bar & grills
Covered terrace with gas grills and bar seating for cooking out.
Gym
Cable machine, dumbbells and cardio, a few steps from the elevator.
A tobacco barn and auction house, reborn.
The building was once a tobacco barn and auction house for US Tobacco. Now it holds 46 residences, with the original brick and heavy timber kept. You park in a gated lot, take the elevator to the top floor, and let yourself in with a smart lock. No front desk, no waiting.

It felt like being in a lifestyle magazine photoshoot.
“Luke’s apartment is unbelievably beautiful and homely. Every appliance is in the apartment and they had thought of everything from a snack basket when we arrived right down to hygiene products… This apartment really felt home from home.”
“The space was clean and beautiful. It felt more like a hotel than an Airbnb with all the small touches the hosts provide.”
“The speakeasy, 1865 Club, was more amazing than I imagined. Being able to experience the intimate nature of the club with talented artists, while enjoying impressive drinks and apps, was a delight.”
“The apartment was extremely comfortable and SO clean. It felt like we were the first people to ever stay there. The decor was beautiful, and there were so many thoughtful little touches from the hosts.”

“Loved the check in process… Location was gated and easy to find. Luke sent pictures of the exact entrance and building to make sure you don’t get lost. Everything we wanted to visit downtown was about 15 minutes or less away.”
“Incredibly well decorated! Far enough away from the city buzz to be peaceful but close enough for a quick Uber. There are some train tracks nearby, but even being a light sleeper, this was never an issue.”
“This space exceeded our expectations… I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat away from the bustling nightlife of downtown Nashville.”
“Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the photos. The location was perfect. Luke was extremely responsive and provided excellent local recommendations that made our trip special.”

Close to everything. Not on top of it.
Midtown, a short walk from Marathon Village and a few minutes from Centennial Park. Quiet at night, a short ride from anywhere you want to go.
Vanderbilt and the Midtown hospitals are minutes away, which is why we host a lot of work trips and family visits. Broadway is close enough for a night out and far enough that you won’t hear it. Rideshares are easy to get, and there’s free parking if you drive.

Questions, answered straight.
Check-in after 3:00 PM · Checkout by 10:00 AM · Up to 4 guests · Full refund up to 5 days before check-in
Is it really cheaper to book here than on Airbnb?
Yes. Airbnb charges a fee on every booking. When you book with us directly, we don’t pay it, so we pass the savings on: our direct rate is always at least 10% below our Airbnb nightly rate for the same dates.
Is booking direct safe?
It’s the same loft and the same hosts behind our 5.0-rated Airbnb listing (Metro Nashville STR permit #2026008971). Payments are processed securely through our booking system, and you’ll get a written confirmation and your check-in guide by email.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in with a smart lock, any time after 3:00 PM. Before you arrive we send photos of the exact gate, entrance and door so there’s no guesswork. Checkout is 10:00 AM.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking in the building’s gated lot. Access details are in the arrival guide we send before your stay.
Can we really use the speakeasy?
The 1865 Club is on the ground floor of the adjacent building on the property, and our guests are welcome to visit. It’s 21+ with live acoustic sets several nights a week; reservations are through Resy. We’re happy to point you to the best night for your trip.
What about noise?
We’d rather tell you up front: a freight line runs nearby, and you’ll hear the occasional train. Most guests say it fades into the background, and we leave a sound machine for light sleepers. Otherwise the building is quiet, well away from the Broadway crowds.
How many people does it sleep?
Up to four: a king bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room.
What are the house rules?
Registered guests only, no parties or events, no smoking or vaping, and no pets. The loft is designed for adults and isn’t set up for children under 12.
Do you host longer stays for work or hospital visits?
Often. There’s fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated desk, a full kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer, and the loft is a short drive to Vanderbilt and Midtown’s hospitals. Send us your dates and we’ll quote a weekly or monthly rate.
What's your cancellation policy?
Moderate, the same as our Airbnb listing. Cancel at least 5 days before check-in for a full refund, including the cleaning fee and taxes. Cancel inside 5 days of check-in and you’ll get 50% of your booking back.
Are taxes included?
Nashville and Tennessee lodging taxes apply to every short-term rental stay. They’re shown line by line before you pay, with no surprises at checkout.
Tell us your dates.
Luke or Rebecca will reply personally with your direct rate and how to book.
- Your direct rate is always at least 10% below Airbnb.
- Weekly and monthly stays welcome: work, hospital visits, relocations.
- Arrival guide with photos of the gate, entrance and door.
